Nominaties voor The Game Awards 2019 bekend
De nominaties voor The Game Awards 2019 zijn bekendgemaakt.
De zes games die kans maken op de prijs voor game van het jaar, zijn Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Control, The Outer Worlds, Death Stranding, Resident Evil 2 en Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Smash Bros. Ultimate verscheen eind 2018 en kon vorig jaar dus niet meer meedoen met The Awards, dus is dit jaar genomineerd.
The Game Awards 2019 worden in de nacht van 12 op 13 december gehouden. Naast dat er awards worden uitgedeeld, worden er ook elk jaar nieuwe aankondigingen gedaan en trailers van games getoond.
