In Chaser speelt men de security agent Chaser, hoe origineel. Hij is gewond geraakt in een speciale operatie van zijn anti-terrorisme eenheid, en daarbij is hij gedeeltelijk zijn geheugen verloren. Hij komt erachter dat een militaire commando hem vermoorden wil, en vele gangs hebben hem op hun blacklist staan. Overal om hem heen gaan mensen dood, en hij wil weten waarom dit allemaal gebeurd.
