Server side switch to disable client cro hairs. Make an "expert" server!

Disallow lightning gun firing in water (optional).

Offhand Laser Style hook with variable hook fire and pull speed (server side disable optional).

Selectable weapon hand (Right, Center, Left or None).

Adjustable items, weapons and powerup respawn time.

Adjustable spawn safety time (optional).
