Blitz: Disc Arena is a cooperative team play and aggressive close combat title that is set in a large arena, with two teams each consisting of up to four players. An official metal disc is placed between the fighters. After the starting signal sounds, both teams fight to get hold of the disc and throw it into the opposing teams goal.

Can you take us briefly through the story of the game, what exactly is Blitz - Disc Arena?

The game is set in the not so distant future with powerful corporations in the position of governments. A game called Blitz, coming from the megacity underground world of criminal syndicates, has been taken over by the corporations who wanted to get their hands on the great deal of money involved.

Blitz - Disc Arena is first person action cooperative teamplay and aggressive close combat fighting creating a unique gaming experience.

Into which genre would you categorize it?

This is actually hard to say since we have mixed several different genres in this game. Science Fiction First Person Fighting Sport Game comes pretty close though, jokingly we refer to it as SFFPFSG.

Could you briefly describe the setting of the game and the player's objectives?

The game is set in large underground arenas. Your team's main objective is getting a metal disc through the opposing team's goal while avoiding any heavy injuries along the way.

The player's goal is to take his team to the top of the league, reaching the coveted status of First Blitzers. As the season goes by your team's skills and experience will increase. This is achieved by training and upgrading your players between matches.
