Anarchy Online is een online RPG die volgend jaar uitkomt. De beta is al begonnen en 1000 spelers doen al mee. Maar er is nog heel veel niet bekend. Vooral over speciale ra en etc. Nanotechnology, die nano-mages voornamelijk gebruiken, is een van de fascinerendste technologieën van Rubi-Ka.

Andrew Griffin, de world-designer van Funcom die hier verantwoordelijk is, biedt uitleg met een klein artikeltje:To learn a nano formula, the character needs to have a nano crystal in which the formula is stored. When the character meets the skill requirements of the crystal (using one or more of the nanotechnology skills), they are able to learn the crystal. From then on, as long as they have enough nano points and continue to meet the NF requirements, they are able to execute that NF. There are no 'reagents' needed when executing a NF. Vendors throughout Rubi-Ka will be willing to sell you nano crystals, but uploading the program from a nano crystal is the only way to learn a nano formula.
