Activision heeft in haar planning voor het fiscale jaar 2004 (april 2003 tot maart 2004) onder andere melding gemaakt van de release van een vervolg op Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. Hoogstwaarschijnlijk zal Raven Software de ontwikkeling van dit spel op zich nemen. Since this was mentioned in an Activision conference call, it suggests that the sequel will once again be a collaboration between Activision and LucasArts.De vraag die ons allen bezig zal houden is natuurlijk: hoe gaat men dit beestje noemen? Want na Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight en Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast zou het leuk zijn wanneer ze dit spel Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast II: The Confusion noemen. Al denk ik dat ze toch eerder voor Jedi Knight III zullen kiezen. Maar hoe het ook zit, feit is dat Star Wars fans waarschijnlijk weer een stevige FPS voor hun kiezen zullen krijgen!
