- limit translocator firing rate (max 2/sec) to prevent translocator spamming bind cheats.

- suicides are counted as deaths.

- admin spectators can use # to center print messages.

- disallow setting of actor properties using the "set" command on clients. Prevents a whole class of cheats.

- faster menu loading with mods

No more CD check, either. There are also a ton of editor enhancements and a bunch of miscellaneous fixes too numerous to mention. Wireplay) die de private patch #430 draaien met gedeeltelijk dezelfde fixes als in 432.
