The SpecialistsThe Specialists is a mod that came out of pretty much nowhere a couple months ago but has still managed to gather up a small community of dedicated fans. This is one of those "stylish combat" mods in the vein of something like Action Half-Life. Akimbo weapons and other Hong Kong-style action movie influences abound.
The Specialists has a stunt system where you can pull of dives, double jumps, slides, and air wheels. As a nice touch, there's an encumbrance system. So, if you're dragging around a ton of weapons, you won't be able to dive as far, for example. Nifty! Naast The Specialists komen onder andere Front Line Force, Global Warfare en Existence langs, goede mods die nog niet doorgedrongen zijn tot het grote publiek en het moeten doen met een klein groepje trouwe fans.
