Uitgever SCi heeft de wereld laten weten dat ze de rechten hebben gekocht van Where Eagles Dare, The Guns of Navarone en Ice Station Zebra. Allemaal titels van de bekende schrijver Alistair McLean. De drie titels zijn ook verfilmd en nog regelmatig te zien op televisie. Naast de aankondiging heeft SCi laten weten direct te beginnen met de ontwerpen van de spellen. Het eerste spel gebaseerd op de boeken zou in 2004 moeten uitkomen.Jane Cavanagh, Chief Executive of SCi commented:

"We are delighted to announce the signing of an exclusive license to make computer games based on these three famous cla ic titles of Alistair MacLean's. We feel these three concepts will fit in very well with SCi's other high profile gaming brand titles such as Thunderbirds, The Italian Job and The Great Escape and we are thrilled to begin work on these projects."
