Note that there is no difference between difficulty settings in terms of level objectives or completion. Instead, the difficulty settings make the following changes (e.g., easy to medium):

It makes the suspects more aggre ive (harder to get them to surrender).

It makes the suspects have better marksmanship and the officers have poorer marksmanship.

It lets the suspects fire at full auto.

The suspects will fire within .5 a second after raising their gun instead of 2 seconds.
