One power-up might show you a Spookyvision head of Saddam Hu ein to block your view of the screen. Another might boost your car with a cloud of Terrance and Philip's anal wind (as the CAP Alert site insists on calling it). You can also pick up a number of weapons to fire at the other cars to slow them up. You've got animals at your disposal, such as the Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka, Stan's dog Sparky and Cartman's kitty, lots of bodily fluids, and a few other weapons we're too polite to mention.
