SEGA geeft uitleg situatie Dreamcast | Gamer.nl

No Man's Sky uitgebracht.

An email sent to Sega Europe employees this morning by President Kazutoshi Miyake reads as follows:

"Dear colleagues, "As you might have seen rumours about Sega have been spread on the some websites and papers. But Sega globally reaffirms its commitment to Dreamcast. In fact Sega has more than 100 games worldwide coming out for Dreamcast in the next year, out of which more than 20 titles are due to be released in Europe. It is just a rumour and Sega has not made any statement regarding ceasing manufacturing of Dreamcast or development of games for other platforms.

"Have a good day."In ieder geval een goed bericht voor de huidige DC-bezitters. phuw!

Sega is considering a strategic reform to return the company to profit. The reform will be based on the previously announced management plan,

(Oct. 27th, 2000).

Sega is planning to reform the worldwide production, sales and distribution system for Dreamcast. Although sales of Dreamcast will continue, Sega will be focu ing on the software busine .
