Ook voor Unreal Tournament worden er nog steeds actief MODs gemaakt en één van de producties die momenteel behoorlijk in de aandacht staat is 'SAS: Into the Lion's Den', een tactical shooter a la Counter-Strike.

Op de officiele site van deze MOD zijn nieuwe screenshots geplaatst van twee nieuwe levels die we in de komende release/update mogen verwachten. Dit is oa een SAS-Mediterranean level en een map die zicht afspeelt in Manchester (UK).This will be unlike anything you have played before. It will have realistic weapons, brand new player models and loads of changes in the actual gameplay style, to make it the most realistic, but fun, gaming you've ever had.

The mod will have multiplayer, in a variety of styles, with different gameplay objectives, such as hostage rescue, escort and others and most notable it will feature single player campaigns. The campaigns will give you as an player the real feeling of combat situations, together with 10 to 15 maps linked together around an storyline.
