Volition Inc. kijkt niet zo krap als het om dagen gaat, maar dat komt waarschijnlijk omdat ze 24/7 bugs aan het fixen zijn om Red Faction helemaal blinkend te kunnen gaan releasen. Het is inmiddels dinsdag en gisteren was het weer Red Faction Friday op de officiële site. Zo is er weer een nieuwe 'screenshot of the week' (zie hieronder), een nieuw mp3tje genaamd Relayer en de altijd spannende 'Bug Fix of the Day':AUG.13.2001

[Red Faction PC] When you first enter the room with all the steam coming out of the floor, you can hear a looping sound of an airlock door.

Jeff Farris: Is this as designed? Jeff Farris: Rea igned to Mark Lewis Mark Lewis: Not as designed. Looks like one of the steam vents is playing pre ure.wav instead of the steam sound that it should. Dan, can you take a listen and make sure this is right? Mark Lewis: Rea igned to Dan Wentz Mark Lewis: Clarification: I fixed the play sound that was playing pre ure.wav to play the same sound as the others. If that's not what should happen there, let me know. Dan Wentz: Thanks Mark. Marking as done. Occasionally the wrong sound gets applied to specific areas in the level and it just doesn't fit :)

Hopelijk slaan ze alle bugs zo snel mogelijk plat zodat we de singleplayer- en multiplayerdemo kunnen weggooien, en kunnen beginnen aan the real thing.
