Het Q3 EK zal worden uitgezonden op TV en internet. Op deze manier kunnen miljoenen de skills van de besten leren. En mensen die zappen worden gefragd British gaming service provider Barrysworld have announced a partnership withmultimedia company NOW ("Network Of the World") to broadcast their Quake 3Arena European Championship "to an audience of millions worldwide" through boththe internet and television. The exact details are somewhat hazy at this stage though - NOW seem to be a fairly new company and don't actually broadcast anything on TV as far as we can tell, simply streaming videos from their rather Shockwave-intensive website. No doubt we will know more soon though... The Quake III Arena European Championship, launched and hosted by BarrysWorld, will be the first computer games tournament to benefit from this unique new partnership which is taking live online gaming to an audience of millions worldwide. The development of the partnership between BarrysWorld and NOW reflects the rapidly rising profile and status of online gaming as a global busine .
