If you are killed, you stay dead until either: 1. someone scores a touchdown. 2. all the members of one team are dead. 3. or the timer runs out for the round.

The timer is located on your screen in the lower right of the HUD. This is the play clock for each round. If the time on the clock runs out without either team winning the round, then the round is restarted and the ball is given to the other team. This makes for fast-paced, non-stop in your face hardcore action!Touchdown!
