Of Pool of Radiance 2: The Ruins of Myth Drannor nog dit jaar uitkomt hopen we van wel. Feit is hoe dan ook dat deel 2 een flinke tijd op zich liet wachten na deel 1, dat het levenslicht zag in het jaar 1988. GamesDomain kon hoe dan ook niet wachten op de zomer, en zette een preview inelkaar van PoR2 waar ook nogeens een stukje geschiedenis van de eind jaren '80 in zit.Pool of Radiance: The Ruins of Myth Drannor builds upon the older story, told in its unique fashion, bringing Phlan and Myth Drannor up to date graphically and utilizing the new 3rd Edition rule-set. Previously, a group of adventurers helped to rid New Phlan of a horde of monsters and solve the riddle of the Pool beneath Phlan. This time, a new pool has been discovered at Myth Drannor and the band of adventurers sent to investigate runs into trouble. Your group, currently in Phlan, is called in to help. (...)

But while Ruins' presentation is looking to be at the top of the genre (even as a delayed release), the real meat and bones of an RPG is its story and gameplay.
