Deus Ex is weer een patch rijker. Voor single- en multiplayer zijn er patches uitgekomen. Men heeft vooral aandacht geschonken aan de multiplayerkant van het spel. Zo is er eindelijk de mogelijkheid om in het spel te zoeken naar servers en zijn er 5 nieuwe maps bijgekomen.
