Het had ook zowat niet anders gekund, maar met de aankondiging van de nieuwe Crimson Skies bijgenaamd High Road to Revenge komt de melding dat dit spel exclusief voor de Xbox zal zijn. Hoewel Xbox exclusive alleen andere consoles uitsluit en die PC niet, is de kans toch klein dat er een PC-port uitkomt, aangezien Microsoft zich niet in zijn eigen vel wil snijden.

Crimson Skies was eind 2000 een verra ende flightsim die het allemaal wat luchtiger opvatte en ook mensen die wat minder handig waren met hun knuppel toch aan hun trekken liet komen. Of het spel voor de Xbox net zo'n succes wordt als voor de PC valt nog af te wachten. Als het dezelfde intensiteit behoud en nog steeds zo lekker speelt dan kan het gewoon niet mis gaan.
