This means that the product is completed and is expected to hit store shelves in the U.S. by early June. Train Simulator places the player in the role of engineer with unprecedented realism, exciting real world rail challenges, and the tools to recreate almost any railroad experience in the world.

Lifelike engineer's control panels, scenery and weather, and accurate elevations and terrain data mirror real-world train travel. Player activities can include anything from keeping pa enger time schedules while managing unforeseen barriers and negotiating freight through mountain pa es in winter storms to navigating some of the world's busiest commuter lines. Train Simulator includes nine different trains, ranging from steam locomotives and modern diesels to high-speed electric "bullet trains."
