Een van de echte oldtimers, Pac-Man, ziet het leven weer. Nou eigenlijk niet eens meneer hemzelf maar zijn aanstaande, Mi Pac-Man. De titel is ook al niet zo heel origineel: "Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madne ".

De interface zal zo gemakkelijk mogelijk worden gemaakt, om oude fans niet teveel te verwarren. Alleen de richtings knoppen kunnen bediend worden. Wel komen er meer dan 180 levels voor de arme bal om door heen te zwerven.

Namco heeft bekend gemaakt Mi Pac-Man deze winter voor de Dreamcast en N64 uit te gaan brengen."It's fitting that Ms. Pac-Man, who turns 19 this year, has a new game where she exudes her world-famous attitude for fun and proves once again her awesome ability to conquer obstacles to get what she wants," said Mike Fischer, Namco's director of marketing. "The exotic and complex environments she travels through in `Maze Madne ' are sure to satisfy fans of the original game and spur a new wave of maze mania."
