Voor alle MGS fans is er goed nieuws. Konami heeft namelijk aangekondigt een gelimiteerde editie uit te brengen van MGS2. Maar jammer genoeg is deze versie alleen voor Japan bedoelt en als je er een wilt zul je hem moeten importeren. In Japan moet dit hebbeding 9800 yen gaan kosten wat neerkomt op ongeveer 195 gulden. Hieronder kun je zien wat je krijgt de inhoud van deze uitgave is.Konami has announced the contents of the 9,800 yen limited edition version of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, to be released in Japan along with the regular version this December. The special package will be available in limited numbers, and will not be released in the US, so contact your favorite importer soon if you'd like to pick one up. If you do, you'll receive the following:
A 72-page "Metal Gear Chronicle" artbook.
Metal Gear Solid 2 Premium Disc, a 100-minute DVD documentary on the making of the game.
A special metal figure of Solid Snake.
And of course, the game, in a distinct limited DVD case.
