Naast LucasArts zijn er maar weinig developers die een goede reputatie hebben op het gebied van de grafische adventures. De Broken Sword-serie die door Revolution Software werd gemaakt is daar een uitzondering op. Na twee delen die toch wel erg op elkaar leken is het nu tijd voor een nieuw deel waar toch de nodige dingen zijn veranderd. Althans als we het interview op GameSpy mogen geloven...GameSpy: Will Broken Sword 3 be acce ible to people who haven't played the first two games? Do you intend to do anything to attract these gamers?

Charles Cecil: Very much so. It would be a mistake to write a game exclusively for previous Broken Sword gamers, though there will be much within The Sleeping Dragon that aficionados will recognise. We're aiming for plenty of in-jokes for old hands, though these will not be e ential to complete the game.

GameSpy: There's been a lot of speculation in the past about George and Nico's relationship. Are they going out together? What will their relationship in Broken Sword 3 be?

Charles Cecil:Ah-ha. The big question about sex. I often ask myself the same question!Toch heb ik bedenkingen met de stijl die Broken Sword 3 op lijkt te gaan. Met een complete andere (manga-like) tekenstijl kan de oude fan van deze serie flink verrast gaan worden. En ik weet niet of dat in de positieve zin is.
