LucasArts kondigt aan dat de arcade-vlieggame Secret Weapons over Normandy haar goldstatus bereikt heeft. Het spel is aan de hand van Lawrence Holland, ontwikkelaar van onder andere de kla iekers X-Wing en Tie Fighter alsook Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe, de game waarvan Secret Weapons over Normandy de opvolger is.

Secret Weapons over Normandy zal op PC, Xbox en PS2 verschijnen en richt zich vooral op mensen die wat minder handig zijn met hun knuppel. Geen duizenden knopjes, throttles en andere onzin, maar puur vlieg en knalplezier. Het spel zal later deze maand op de schappen liggen.Jump in the cockpit, grab the controls and take to the skies in an attempt to crush the most diabolical plans of the Third Reich. Secret Weapons Over Normandy will put the controls in the hands of American pilot James Chase as he joins a secret Royal Air Force squadron with acce to 23 of the most powerful aircraft of World War II.
