Volgens velen is RPG genre neergezet (of iig erg geboost ) door Squaresoft. Titels zoals Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana en natuurlijk de Final Fantasy series zijn stuk voor stuk kwaliteits titels die geprezen worden door miljoenen fans.

De film die afgelopen jaar uitkwam flopte weliswaar, maar is qua techniek erg knap gedaan, en het verhaal was lang niet slecht (leek helaas alleen erg op een Final Fantasy spel en niet op een speelfilm-verhaal)

Gamespot postte een artikel waarin alle titels van Squaresoft in behandeld worden, beginnend met 3-D WorldRunner voor de NES en eindigend met de Final Fantasy Chronicles voor de PS1.

That is, until you stumbled upon the mana sword, which unleashed monsters on your village and got you kicked out of your home. To restore balance to the world, you must find a way to reenergize the sword and stop the empire from restarting the mana fortre . Zelf kan ik alleen maar met vreugde terugkijken naar het moment dat ik voor het eerst met Secret of Mana en Secret of Evermore begon, in mijn ervaring 2 van de leukste RPGs ooit.
