Na het succes van Extra's Pack 1 voor Monopoly Tycoon heeft Deep Red besloten een tweede pak met extra's te releasen. Het pakketje bevat 2 scenario's, namelijk 'Land of Riches' en 'Block Release'. Naast scenario's zijn er 2 nieuwe texture sets voor de gebouwen, zijn er nieuwe models van gebouwen en is er een texture picker zodat je kan kiezen wel textures je wil gebruiken in het spel.
