Onze vrienden VTec en RedHead komen met het nieuws dat Westwood de Emperor: Battle for Dune patch nu ook als download aanbied. De patch was eerder al via de auto-update functie te downloaden, maar kan nu van Westwoods FTP worden gehaald.GENERAL ISSUES

1.We fixed a CD checking problem with Quick Match games.

2.We fixed an i ue where buddies would disappear off the Buddy List while editing the list.

3.Improved menu item selection on the menu screens.

4.Multiplayer maps are now sorted by the number of players.

5.We fixed a problem where your Multiplayer House and Sub-House preferences were not being remembered by the game.

MULTIPLAYER GAME ISSUES

1.We fixed an i ue with a player having the ability to retreat after they were defeated in a Multiplayer game.

2.We fixed a problem where Quick Match would send incorrect client information to the matching bot when asking for a match.

3.We fixed an i ue with players not returning to the lobby at the same time after completing a Multiplayer game.

4.We added Clan and Rank info to the tooltips in the Westwood Online screens. De patch weegt slechts 370KB en dat is niet veel in vergelijking met andere patches, maar ook een kleine patch blijft een patch en het valt gewoon op hoeveel bedrijven net na de release van een spel een patch releasen...je zou bijna iets vermoeden.
