According to Bloomberg, the console game creator has sold 217,000 units since Feb. 2000, with the numbers tapering off as the summer doldrums set in. Sega, which is gearing up for a major fall campaign to promote the online capabilities of the Dreamcast through a series of Internet-enabled games, has had trouble unloading 5000 units a month in Japan.
