Rumors on the Web claim that Ion Storm's Daikatana has gone gold and been rejected by Eidos Interactive's Q&A team. GameSpot News contacted Eidos to find out if the game had gone gold (the last step in the development proce before coming to retailers). A spokesperson for the company says that the game has not officially gone gold, as "new versions of the game arrive every day." The company remains firm in their insistence that the game will ship in time for Christmas (December 25).
