Reorganization moves so far include a wind-down of GT's European publishing operations, the closing of the company's value distribution busine and its Cavedog studio, and a reorganization of the company's management structure. Charges relating to these moves include $32 million in restructuring, $12 million in early debt extinguishment costs and approximately $45 million of sales and inventory reserves and other costs.
