As part of the reorganization, the former Activision, Inc. has changed its name to Activision Publishing, Inc. and Activision Holdings, Inc. changed its name to Activision, Inc. (We pause momentarily for you to read that again, then grab a beverage of your choosing to help you comprehend it. We sure needed one.)The good news in all of this is that no games will be affected and no jobs will be lost. Busine operations are expected to continue as normal. The bad news is (and has been) Activision's stock. Shares of the company have fallen roughly 67 percent sionce last October, with most of the decline coming in the past two-and-a-half months.
