Konami had al aangekondigt dat ze van plan waren games voor de Xbox uit te gaan brengen, maar nu is bekend dat ze maar liefst 10 games per jaar willen uitbrengen!

Onder deze titels bevinden zich ook enkele van de toptitels die al eerder voor de PS2 waren aangekondigt. Een mokerslag voor Playstation?

Silent Hill X - The sequel to the original PlayStation version - and the newly altered Game Boy Advance text adventure - is now to appear on both Xbox and PlayStation 2. Nothing is really yet known about the storyline.

Metal Gear Solid X - It looks as though Sony is now going to have to share the succe of Hideo Kojima's cult espionage series, as the Xbox is now receiving its own MGS title. It is unknown exactly which version of the game will appear on Xbox, but it is safe to a ume it will be MGS2: Sons of Liberty.

Crash Bandicoot X - Another low blow delivered firmly to PlayStation here, as the previously Sony-only franchise is getting the Xbox treatment. The Crash series has always been enormously popular in the past.

Jura ic Park X - To be based on the upcoming third movie in the series, and one of three titles being created from the newly formed partnership between Konami and Universal Interactive Studios - the other two being The Thing and Crash Bandicoot X.

The Thing - A new title based on the cla ic horror film remade by John Carpenter.Silent Hill:

Zelfs Crash Bandicoot, die eigenlijk wel de mascotte van de PSX is, verschijnt nu ook op de Xbox. Wat volgt? Alsnog een deal met Squaresoft?

Blijkt Sony Playstation compleet te worden weggevaagt door de macht van het grote Microsoft?
