Startopia is een game die te je kan vergelijken met SimCity, maar dan in de ruimte. Je moet een wereld creëren waarin al je buitenaardse wezens tevreden zijn.

In Startopia speelt de speler de rol van een Station Master. Je moet van een verlaten spacestation een soort toeristenaccomodatie maken, een plek waar graag buitenaardse wezens wonen.

Eidos Interactive vond het tijd dat ze deze spacy game een eigen website gaven, de website is vandaag online gekomen. An advisor, with a British accent and a slight attitude problem, welcomes you to the station and gives you your first a ignment, which is to unpack a group of crates located just underneath the ma ive energy collector.
