Ubisoft heeft een patch uitgebracht voor de Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow demo die het crashen bij het joinen van een server moet verhelpen. De crash deed zich voor bij mensen met een firewall of mensen die gebruik maken van NAT. In plaats van een foutmelding te geven crashde het spel, wat dankzij de patch verholpen moet zijn. Downloaden van de patch kan bij Worthplaying, net als de geupdate demo die de patch al bevat. REASONS for the crashes :

The crashes are related to NAT (Network Addre Translation) usage or by some makes of firewall.

1. In the case of a NAT problem

To solve the problem please configure NAT to open the following ports : UDP 8888 and 45001.

2. In the case of a firewall i ue

A PC behind a firewall has the same problem. It is therefore nece ary to allow acce to the following ports : UDP 8888 and 45001. For more information on how to configure your firewall please check the documentation or contact the manufacturer.

Once the patch is installed an error me age will be displayed when a se ion is no longer available instead of the game crashing to the desktop. If you have downloaded the demo of Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow after 26th March, you do not need to download the patch as the new version includes this correction. In either case all versions of the demo are compatible with each other.
