Vanaf april zal Independence War 2 in de winkel te liggen en Ign vond het tijd om eens een preview te schrijven over deze space game. Ign heeft namelijk deze opvolger gespeeld en of ze hem goed vonden?! Dat kan je een beetje lezen in deze preview.

De game ziet er weer erg goed uit en het verhaal ziet er ook erg goed uit(om te lezen dan.) You a ume the role of Cal Johnson, a denizen of an outer colony known as the Badlands Cluster who saw his father, an asteroid miner, killed by a shifty mobster. Only 12 at the time, Cal went after the loan shark who murdered his father, and earned himself 30 years hard labor in the proce . After 15 years at the penal complex, Cal and some of the other inmates happen upon a chance to escape, and they don't hesitate to make a hasty exit.

So what do you do after you escape from the "Big House"? Steal a ship and become a space pirate of course...and it just happens your prison buddies end up being the perfect choice for a colorful crew of swarthy space bandits.

Ik heb de voorganger van deze game helaas niet gespeeld maar ik weet zeker dat ik deze game even ga uitproberen als die uitkomt.
