In het blad The Game Informer is in de nieuwste editie een artikel te lezen over het spel gebaseerd op de drie films van The Matrix. Dit spel wordt momenteel ontwikkeld door de talentvolle jongens van Shiny Entertainment. Er was eigenlijlk nog iets over het spel bekend maar het artikel onthult alvast de eerste feitjes en screenshots. Die laatste zijn helaas nog niet online te vinden maar een aantal feitjes al wel:The article, which comes with the first ever screenshots from the game, reveals that Enter The Matrix is scheduled to be released on May 15, 2003 for the PC, PS2, Xbox, and GameCube (around the time that the second movie The Matrix Reloaded will be in theaters). The action game will also have all of the actors from the film handling the voices for their characters in the game and the game's story will be written especially for Shiny by the Wachowski brothers. The game will also have over 4,000 motion control moves for its animation which the article claims is the most ever done for a game. In addition to fighting within The Matrix, the game will also take place in the "real world" where you can actually hack into the Matrix.Het ziet er dus naar uit dat we op 15 mei 2003 een pracht van een game kunnen verwachten want van Shiny kan je toch wel verwachten dat we iets meer krijgen dan een simpele beat 'm up. Het klinkt allemaal erg intere ant en we wachten met smart op het moment dat de eerste screenshots hun weg naar het internet vinden.
