Want na Casino Tycoon, Casino Empire kondigde Konami onlangs Casino Inc. aan en waagt nu ook ontwikkelaar Deep Red, bekend van Beach Life en Monopoly Tycoon, zich in dit genre.

Maar gelukkig pakt Deep Red het wel wat anders aan. In hun spel genaamd Vegas: Make it Big hoef je namelijk niet je casino zelf te onwikkelen maar sta je in voor de gehele gokstad Las Vegas. Deze stad wordt in 3D op je scherm getoverd, iets wat de makers reeds bewezen hebben te kunnen met Monopoly Tycoon.* Developed by respected developer Deep Red and the team behind Monopoly Tycoon.

* Kit out your hotel with your own gambling combination of Roulette, Craps, Black Jack and Slots to lure those punters to fleece.

Vegas: Make it Big komt in juli van dit jaar uit voor de PC. Empire Interactive is de uitgever die hoopt met dit spel net zo te kunnen cashen als de speler van het spel die met zijn casino-imperium ma a's bezoekers weet te trekken. We wachten in spanning af welk van de twee Casino-simulaties in wording (Vegas en Casino Inc.) de strijd gaat winnen.
